Refunds and the price you pay

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices may change over time, but a change does not affect a purchase you have already completed. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor and ClaimPrep does not store full credit card numbers.

Because the report is a customized digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once processing, intake, file review or report generation has started. ClaimPrep may approve a refund at its discretion after a duplicate payment, a payment made in error, a technical failure on our side, or when no processing had started. Send refund requests to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. ClaimPrep does not refund because an insurer denies or disagrees with a claim, a third party refuses the report, the information you submitted was incomplete, or you change your mind after processing has started. The full policy is sections 11 and 12 of the Terms of Service.

What ClaimPrep is not

ClaimPrep is a documentation tool only. It does not provide legal, insurance, public adjusting or financial advice. ClaimPrep does not represent you, value your loss, negotiate, or contact insurers on your behalf.

  • Documentation only

We help you document the damage. We do not value claims, negotiate, or contact your insurer.

  • Shared only with consent

Your report is shared only when you approve it. Each share is recorded for transparency.

  • Secure & private

Your photos, files and damage details are stored securely and stay under your control.
