About ClaimPrep

What is ClaimPrep?

ClaimPrep is a property-damage documentation tool. It helps you organize photos, dates, notes and receipts into a clean PDF report. ClaimPrep does not provide legal advice, insurance advice, public-adjusting services, claim valuation or negotiation.

Who operates ClaimPrep?

ClaimPrep is operated by Claimprep Technologies LLC, a Florida-based company. ClaimPrep is built to help homeowners, property managers and damage professionals organize property-damage information into a clean documentation report.

Do I need an account?

No. ClaimPrep starts a guest session for your claim; there is no account to create and no password to remember. We ask for your name and email so the claim stays tied to you and we can send you the finished report.

Does ClaimPrep use AI?

Yes. With your consent, ClaimPrep uses AI and automation to organize the information you provide, summarize damage descriptions, build the timeline and draft the report. AI can make mistakes, so you review the report before you use or share it, and ClaimPrep never uses AI to decide coverage, value a loss or give legal advice.

The report

What do I get?

You receive a clean PDF documentation report that may include a summary, timeline, affected areas, photo/file log, receipts list and missing-document checklist based on the information you provide.

What is in the report?

The report has ten sections: Claim Summary, Property Details, Damage Summary, Timeline of Events, Affected Areas, Detailed Documentation, Mitigation Actions, Documented Details, Additional Documentation and Photo Documentation. Everything is recorded as you reported it and is not independently verified.

What format is the report?

A PDF. You can download it, save it and share it however you choose.

Can I share the report with my insurer, contractor or attorney?

Yes. The report is yours to share with an insurer, contractor, public adjuster, attorney or anyone else you choose, and it is shared only when you approve it. Each share is recorded for transparency.

Does the report value my loss or say what is covered?

No. The report documents what you reported and what is visible in your photos. It does not value your loss, estimate repair costs, determine the cause of damage or say what your policy covers.

Privacy and your files

How long are my photos and files kept?

Our Privacy Policy lists typical retention periods: uploaded photos, videos and documents are kept for approximately 180 days unless longer retention is needed, generated reports for up to 3 years, and WhatsApp message records and interview inputs for 90 days. We may keep information longer when legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes require it.

Who can see my report?

You, and whoever you choose to share it with. ClaimPrep does not send your report to an insurer or any other third party on your behalf. Service providers that help us run ClaimPrep, such as hosting and email vendors, process your data under our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and refunds

How much does it cost?

A Basic Report is $49, a one-time launch price reduced from $69. There is no subscription and there are no hidden fees.

Can I get a refund?

Because the report is a customized digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once processing has started. ClaimPrep may approve a refund at its discretion, for example after a duplicate payment, a payment made in error or a technical failure on our side. Send refund requests to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

How is payment processed?

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. ClaimPrep does not store full credit card numbers.

Scope and coverage

Does ClaimPrep handle my insurance claim?

No. ClaimPrep does not file, manage, negotiate or handle insurance claims. It only helps organize the information you provide into a documentation report.

Is ClaimPrep a public adjuster?

No. ClaimPrep is not a public adjuster and does not provide public-adjusting services. It does not inspect damage, estimate losses, interpret coverage or negotiate with insurers.

Which damage types can I document?

ClaimPrep is built for water, roof, wind, hurricane, hail, flood, fire, smoke and mold damage to a property.

Can I use ClaimPrep for a property outside Florida?

Not yet. Right now ClaimPrep supports properties in Florida.

WhatsApp

Can I send my photos over WhatsApp?

Yes. Message ClaimPrep on WhatsApp and the guided intake runs right there: send your damage photos, dates and notes in the chat, and we prepare the same report as the web intake. When a step needs more than a chat can handle, we send you a secure link to continue on the web.
